It took them 45 min. to bring it outside and they were inside laughing and playing and not taking their job seriously. And right before the guy brought my shake out he dug in it with his hand to scoop some of it out and put the lid on and when i said i didn't want it and just wanted my money back he got upset and caught an attitude with me. And then the manager said she needed my card to do the refund and kept my card for 15 min. while she had her phone in her hand and stopped to keep examining my credit card. I had to get a new card because it looked like she stole my information. Absolutely horrible place.April 30, 2017
