  First time trying. Cashier not in a good mood. Limited options on buffet. Definitely not worth the price. Fried fish,frog legs were completely bland. No seasoning tasted whatsoever. Boiled shrimp lacking flavor as well. Gumbo was average with some seasoning.

  Best seafood buffet around. We have been treating ourselves to Landrys for several years and have never left with any complaints. The waitresses are very attenative and polite. They have the best fried oysters around. They aren't included in the buffet price but you get about 10 oysters for an additional $5 and you can tell your waitress how you want then cooked and that's exactly how you get them. They have REAL catcish fillets as well as whole catfish. They have fried frog legs, BBQ ribs, fried chicken, fried shrimp and boiled shrimp to name a few options. The fried chicken isn't the small pieces with hardly any meat you get from other buffets but it is fat juicy hot pieces with great flavor. They have cold boiled shrimp on ice at the buffet but you can request hot shrimp from your waitress and the cooks will boil your shrimp fresh and juicy. You also can request your shrimp be spicy or mild. After you hit the buffet you can top off your reserve tank with soft serve ice cream, peach cobbler and cinnamon rolls. This place is ideal for filling up on good country seafood and the price is about $16 I think.
  
  For those who say the food is bland, please remember a lot of old folks hit up seafood buffets and some can't have salt and some can't have sugar and some can't have spice so it's very hard to accomodate everyone's desires and taste buds. They truly try to make dishes that everyone can eat. If you think something is bland then it's possible your taste buds are off due to a cold, allergies or your pallet needs cleansing. Try brushing the roof of your mouth and scrubbing your tongue next time lol.
  
  This is the best seafood buffet for many miles so I recommend you give it a try and if you don't like it, go see a doctor lol jk
